documents.

- Tenancy Management Tool for landlords to oversee and monitor all rental properties in their
portfolio, including status, rent payments, overdue accounts etc.,

- Digital communication tool for traceable communication between landlords and tenants
On-line payment facility, which can be used for both rent and utility bill payments, for efficient
management of payments.
